We are also proud to have Diana, our junior stylist, offering discounted services while continuing to build her confidence. Diana is also a fully qualified Make Up Artist, so be sure to book your formal or event hair and make-up package with her.

Refund & Service Satisfaction Policy

At Salon22, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring our clients are satisfied with the results.

If you are unhappy with any service provided, you must notify the salon within 7 days of your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to assess your concerns and, where appropriate, make reasonable adjustments to rectify the service.

Clients must contact the salon directly and provide details of their concerns before seeking corrective services elsewhere.

No refunds will be provided for services rendered. Our policy is to offer a corrective service where deemed appropriate, rather than a refund.

Should a client choose to have the service altered, corrected, or redone by another salon, stylist, or technician without first giving Salon22 the opportunity to rectify the concern within the 7-day period, no refund, credit, or reimbursement will be provided for any costs incurred.

By booking an appointment with Salon22, clients acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Service Satisfaction Policy.
